As the Covid cases are rising in India, so the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) are updating the guidelines in their community. You can use the sample below, change it for your community and then publish it
After going through a series of discussions with officials, RWA’s we have come up with a tighter protocol. This will be in effect until further notice
Self Declaration – Any new visitor entry or resident entry with luggage in the premises has to go through a self declaration form. Additional. they also write a letter on the details like they have traveled or not. People who have traveled internationally has to get a clearance before coming into the apartment
Self Isolation – All the residents who are in the 14 day quarantine period must isolate themselves and their family from social gatherings. It is recommended to get a covid-19 test after the 10 day even if there are no symptoms. If you have any symptoms, please let us know. We will be there for your help
Self isolation house Visitors – Until the quarantine period is over, any guest entry to the house is restricted. Please cooperate
Visitors staying for a period – During this period (starting from today), if there are visitors staying at your place for a longer period, please declare. We will evaluate and give the needed approval.
Maid, Cook, Driver – If the maid is accommodated, staying at your place and only working at your house, it is allowed. If not,as you need to maintain the 14 day quarantine period, maids working at other places including your place will be restricted. As an alternative, you can get the covid-19 test after the 10 day and let us know.
Back gate – Back gate ( Exit for utility vehicles) will remain closed until further notice
Courier, Parcel – We are monitoring the movements. If the frequency is increased, residents have to collect the parcel from the main gate. In case of emergency, Please be noted that we will not keeping the parcels with us for more than 1/2 hour.
Trainers, Club house – Until 15th March 2021, the club house will be closed. Please inform your trainers. This means Gym and Swimming pool is also closed
Move-IN, Move-OUT, Repair works – There will be a very tight restriction of Move-IN and Move-OUT and works in Apartment. Unless an emergency arises, no work will be allowed. Please inform the management office before hand
